Branch Manager
Thailand (Koh Panghan) - Full Time - Operations
We are looking for a Thailand Branch Manager to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of House of Om in Koh Phangan.
This is a leadership role for someone who can balance operations, people management, local coordination, and business growth in a fast-moving environment.
You will act as the bridge between local teams, leadership, contractors, and external stakeholders , helping ensure the Koh Phangan branch runs smoothly, sustainably, and in alignment with the House of Om brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations in the Koh Phangan branch, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and locations
Manage local vendors, contractors, and external partners, including negotiations and relationship management
Act as the main liaison for construction projects, maintenance, permits, and government-related matters
Support HR and people operations, including hiring support, team coordination, and performance oversight
Collaborate closely with Finance on budgeting, feasibility planning, and operational cost management
Build strong relationships with local communities, landlords, and stakeholders
Ensure operational standards, safety, and overall guest/student experience remain high
Work closely with leadership to support expansion, process improvements, and long-term growth
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong experience in operations, hospitality, or multi-site management
Fluent in Thai and English (bilingual)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in hands-on, fast-moving environments
Able to manage contractors, vendors, and operational priorities independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Aligned with the values of House of Om and interested in wellness/yoga/community-driven environments
Able to work independently and take ownership
Experience in hospitality, wellness, retreats, or lifestyle businesses is highly preferred
